Great product. I wanted the extra latch to put on the other side of my door to use when we sleep to keep the dog out of our room. We also use the door buddy to keep the door open for the dog to get in and out. we have had dogs getting caught with a room with a closed door.

Peace of mind for Pepe Le Kitty
We purchased this for our daughter's room. She decided she wants the cat in there but the cat would get locked in or the dogs would get her food or poo! Our first installation of this was pretty eventful, I put the latch part a little too far where it wouldn't open wide enough, I pulled it off and the latch flung somewhere in my daughter's room and we never found it. We laughed about it so much because it was just so interesting. We had just renovated her room so there was hardly anything in it, we suspect maybe it attached to some clothing and that one day we will find it but nevertheless we purchased a new latch and all is well. I have a small dog, a medium, and a big dog, and neither of them can follow the cat into her room. I highly recommend this product!
