Disaster Fixed
My father in law broke my hook on my door buddy, we bought the replacement hook but sadly was sent the wrong part. This latch keeps my child in his room if he wakes up early ( so he is safe and can’t get into anything) and it keeps all my pets out of his room ( keeping them from waking him up). We can’t just shut the door for circulation reasons, just gets too hot in there. Luckily when explaining how awful this situation was quickly becoming with the nee part to customer rep Jordie, they immediately sent out the correct piece with expedited shipping. This was a huge life saver. Love door buddy, we have 2, another for our cat litter box room. Highly recommend. We had that first latch for 5 years and only broke because a big man tore the door open. Highly recommend. Jordie thank you for your help and the hand written note, you deserve a raise!

Needed just a new strap and I love that I was able get just one piece of the kit! So helpful, came very quickly and works great! This really is the perfect solution to keeping our dog out of the litter box. Very happy and am a customer for life!
